FSI Automatic Backwash Strainers utilize rotating backwash assembly
that isolates small portion of screen to provide uninterrupted
strainer operation. Configurable with choice of scraper mechanisms and
voltage requirements, products include inspection port for visual
checking and standard user-programmable control panel. Units are
available in Carbon or Stainless Steel in 2�36 in. sizes with
filtration as fine as 15 microns

Wherever large
quantity of liquid is to be strained, AN AUTOMATIC SELF CLEANING
STRAINER is the solution.
FSI self cleaning strainer is designed for continuous removal suspended
particles from all type of liquids. Application are in industrial plants
using river, lake well or sea water for cooling, descaling, bearing
lubrication, spraying quenching and similar purpose, pipeline size, 2
inch to 36 inch or large upon application.
Liquids other than water, such as chemicals acids white water (paper
mills), sewage and ammonia flushing liquor can also be effectively
strained.
Automatic self-cleaning strainers are used in nearly every industry
to strain fresh, brackish, or salt intake water for plant services;
cooling, process, fire protection, etc.
- Process Industry � Protect heat exchangers, pumps, valves
and water spray nozzles.
- Power Industry � Protect heat exchangers, pump seal water,
traveling screen wash water.
- Pulp & Paper � Removing fibers from white water filtrate
